Krista Riddley

Krista Riddley is Program Officer at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, and Advisory Board Co-Chair for the Children’s Policy and Funding Initiative. Krista has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions and management at organizations focused on global development and humanitarian assistance. She has extensive knowledge and applied skills in campaigns, policy and advocacy, resource mobilization, global health, and program development in complex environments. In addition, Krista has in-country experience in West, Central and Southern Africa. Prior to her current position, Krista was Senior Director for Gender and Humanitarian Programs and Clean Cooking Alliance, Senior Humanitarian Policy Advisor and the Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Director of Humanitarian at Oxfam America, and Advocacy Director for Africa and for the Middle East at Amnesty International USA. Throughout her professional career, Krista has demonstrated skills in building collaborative relationships with local and global organizations, governments, associations and communities; and an ability to lead and motivate teams in a wide variety of cultural contexts. She is fluent in French. ​
